Interventional Radiology position supporting adult and geriatric patients in a clinical setting. The role includes procedural support, patient monitoring, rotating call coverage, and weekend and holiday responsibilities.
Job Details
Required Qualifications:
New York state license in hand; one year of required experience; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; required charting experience with EPIC; skills in interventional radiology, angioplasty, carotid stenting, upper and lower extremity angiography, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, pressure ulcer assessment and prevention, sheath removal and monitoring, vascular closure systems, radiation and laser safety, and Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale assessment.
Schedule:
Day shifts consisting of two 8-hour shifts and two 10-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, with rotating on-call coverage. Schedule includes one weekend during each four-week time block, two to three weekdays, and one holiday on-call assignment. Must arrive within 30 minutes when called in.
Additional Information:
Patient population includes adults and geriatric patients. Day-shift patient ratio is 1:1. Neurointerventional experience is preferred.
