What You'll Do:
Resolve customer concerns accurately.
Inspect vehicles and build accurate repair estimates.
Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and insurance companies.
Handle calls with professionalism and urgency.
What We're Looking ForSkills: Strong math and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technology: Comfort working with computer systems.
Driving Record: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
