What You'll Do:- Take ownership of existing retirement plan relationships while expanding the practice
- Pursue new opportunities through existing clients, firm relationships, and outside lead sources
- Connect with prospects, set meetings, present solutions, and close new business
- Manage ongoing plan sponsor relationships and build scalable processes
- What's Offered$100,000–$150,000 base + up to $50,000 performance-based upside
- Strong internal marketing and advisory resources
- What You Bring 5+ years of retirement plan experience preferred
- Strong plan sponsor and plan design knowledge
