Manager, Youth Baseball & Softball Programs

Jewish Community Center of Greater KC (The J) seeks a Manager of Sports and Recreation (Youth Baseball and Softball) to oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, staffing, and program growth for baseball/softball leagues and camps. This role drives registration, safety, and program success with a focus on engaging players and families. The position requires leadership, experience in baseball/softball programs, and the ability to work flexible hours during peak Spring/Summer seasons;
