Director of Innovation & Platform Strategy

Crunch Fitness in Dallas, TX is hiring a Director of Innovation to lead development and rollout of new platforms, programs, and partnerships that elevate the member, team member, and franchise owner experience. You will define KPIs and ROI, drive end‑to‑end platform launches, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Technology and Design to ensure seamless integration. Build strong relationships with Franchise Owners, monitor performance, and travel up to 25% to test and iterate initiatives.
