Senior Recruitment Consultant (New York)

Senior Perm Recruiter, AI & Technology | New York (in office 3 to 4 days a week) Venturi is growing its US permanent business, and we're hiring one or two experienced recruiters in New York to build technology desks. You'll run a true 360 desk. You win the client, take the brief, find the candidate and close the placement. The roles are hard ones: AI and machine learning, robotics, forward deployed engineering, software, data, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity and platform engineering. You're a fit if you have 3+ years in agency recruitment, with permanent or direct-hire placements Run a full desk, including winning new clients A billing record you can walk us through with real numbers Experience recruiting engineering, data, AI or infrastructure talent A base in New York, or you're ready to relocate Standout: you've built a desk from scratch, grown your own client base, or moved into a new specialism and billed fast.
