Job Description A growing precision manufacturer in Midlothian, VA is hiring full-time Machine Operators for second shift. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company in the middle of a major facility expansion.
Shifts Available
2nd Shift:2:30 PM – 11:00 PMResponsibilities
Set up and operate metal forming equipment to produce quality partsUse blueprints and router information to configure tooling and machineryPerform daily preventative maintenance tasksParticipate in continuous improvement activities focused on safety, quality, and productivityRequirements
Experience with mechanical equipment in a manufacturing or production settingStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measuresBasic math skills including fractions and decimalsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to lift up to 50 lbs#IND21
