Key Responsibilities:
Manage deliverables and mentor a global team of staff accountants while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders
Build and scale accounting processes by implementing AI agents for month-end close tasks to enhance team performance
Direct and review complex close procedures, focusing on accuracy in P&L expense accruals, payroll accounting, and other technical accounting needs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification highly preferred
Advanced accounting acumen with a proven track record of maintaining SOX-compliant workpapers
Experience with NetSuite, FloQast, Coupa, and/or Brex preferred
Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple workflows and process improvements
