2nd Shift Shelter Caseworker - Florence House

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm

Qualifications: Candidates for this position must have a positive regard for individuals accessing services for homelessness and poverty Strong communication skills Familiarity with community services An understanding of low-barrier service challenges The ability to establish boundaries and set limits with a diverse population Able to work as part of a team MHRT-1 certification eligibility is required and can be obtained while on the job

Compensation and Benefits: The hourly rate of pay for these full-time (40 hours/week) positions is $23.82 per hour. Direct service positions in 24/7 programs are also eligible for shift differentials of $1.00 per hour for all hours worked between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm.
