This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who has deep technical experience with payroll tax filings and compliance, particularly within ADP SmartCompliance. Oversee payroll tax filings, reconciliations, amendments, and tax tracers Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll tax compliance using ADP SmartCompliance Maintain and update tax setups within ADP, including new state and local jurisdiction registrations Support payroll tax compliance for multiple EINs simultaneously Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external agencies to resolve tax‑related issues Stay current on federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and ensure ongoing compliance US Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
