Building Automation & HVAC Instrumentation Technician

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL), a leader in the commercial real estate sector, is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Technician to join our dynamic Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning and reliability of our automated systems and instruments across our managed properties. The ideal candidate will handle the installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of our instrumentation and control systems, ensuring all operational protocols are met to maintain our property investment values and standards. Install, maintain, and repair instrumentation and control systems. Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, electrical systems, and building management systems. Calibrate all instruments and controls to ensure accuracy and functionality. Document and maintain records of inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to optimize building control operations. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures as outlined by regulatory bodies and JLL standards. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals. Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and control systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST) or similar. EPA Section 608 Certification desirable.
