About WeaponUpWeaponUp is a fast-growing women's wellness company and the creator of The Original Sword YogaTM, a movement practice combining the kung fu straight sword with yoga. Through our online Studio, community, live experiences and events, WeaponUp is building a new approach to movement centered around strength, confidence and grace. Our global community is made up almost entirely of women, and our mission is simple: to create movement experiences that help women feel graceful, empowered, more capable and more at home in their bodies. WeaponUp is a growing, founder-led company based in Florida, with a creative, fast-moving team working across content, community, events, partnerships and digital wellness. Once someone is selected, you'll help manage the operational process of getting them ready for production—from coordinating schedules and agreements to tracking programming and production requirements. The Founder will lead the overall creative direction and make final talent selections. You'll be responsible for the research, coordination and follow-through that keeps the process moving.
