Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT)

Responsibilities: Provide special education services to students with special needs in their homes or other settings Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Monitor student progress, adjust instructional strategies as needed, and communicate with families and care teams Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and services providedParticipate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in special education
