Etch Process Engineer – R&D for Advanced 200mm HVM

GlobalFoundries U.S. 2 LLC is seeking an Etch Process Engineer with a passion for developing processes for new technology offerings and advanced manufacturing to expand GF’s technology portfolio. The role involves collaborating across product development and process integration to determine and develop etch processes, and to develop experiments in a 200mm High Volume Manufacturing foundry environment, working with GF fabs and equipment suppliers.
