ZAR Real Estate | Northern Virginia About ZAR Real EstateZAR Real Estate is a family-owned, entrepreneurial real estate investment company based in Northern Virginia. Founded in 2011 and backed by more than a decade of real estate experience, we are building a growing business centered around integrity, quality, and excellent execution. Our work spans multiple areas of residential real estate. We acquire and wholesale homes, purchase properties to renovate, rehab and resell, and develop new-construction homes from the ground up. This gives our team exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate—from identifying and acquiring opportunities to managing renovations, coordinating transactions, and bringing completed homes to market. Our culture is ambitious, fast-moving, hands-on, collaborative, and growth-oriented. We're small enough that individual contributions have a real impact, and we value people who take initiative, learn quickly, solve problems, bring ideas to the table, and want to grow with us.
