Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Central Florida (Brand-New Employed Practice)A newly expanded, hospital-employed Anesthesiology program in Central Florida is seeking full-time Anesthesiologists to join a growing team serving a 200-bed acute care hospital just outside the Orlando metro area. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fully supported, modernized anesthesia group with a balanced case mix, a predictable rotating schedule, and 13 weeks off annually.
Position Highlights:
-Employed Anesthesia Care Team Model:4 Anesthesiologists + 15 CRNAs/APPs-Coverage includes 10 ORs, Endoscopy, OB, and 7 total sites of service-CRNAs cover OB-Annual surgical volume ~4,800 cases + 500 deliveries-Diverse case mix:-General-Heavy Ortho-Spine-Vascular-GI & Diagnostic Imaging-No hearts, no heads, no trauma, no EP, no IR-Must be proficient in regional blocks Schedule4-week rotating model:1.Week 1: 7a–5p, Monday–Friday2.Week 2: 7a–5p, Monday–Friday3.Week 3: Late-day cases + beeper call 7p–7a4.Week 4: Week OFFTotal: 13 weeks off per year
