Relativity Space is seeking a Lead of Avionics Battery Test Engineering to build and lead the high-voltage battery testing program for Terran R. You will define test strategy, build lab infrastructure, and hire a team of test engineers across HV, pack, and cell testing.
You will oversee HV battery bring-up, structured failure analysis, and data systems that turn test results into rapid, high-quality feedback for design teams. This role requires hands-on lab expertise and strong leadership.
