Licensed Psychotherapist – Independent Contractor

What You’ll Do: Provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (children, adolescents, and/or adults).Manage your own clinical schedule and caseload within a supportive group practice environment. Maintain excellent clinical documentation and ethical standards.

What We Provide: A steady stream of referrals so you can build to full-time hours comfortably. Your own private office at one of our established locations. Full administrative support, including marketing, billing, credentialing, and collections. A professional, ethical, and collegial environment with experienced clinicians. The freedom to practice your way while having the infrastructure of a larger group behind you.

Compensation: Full-time clinicians typically earn between $90,000 – $110,000 per year, with many experienced providers earning $120,000 – $150,000+ annually. Compensation is based on collections, giving you direct control over your income. Who We’re Looking ForLicensed in Nevada as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Psychologist (or license-eligible).Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience (preferred).Strong clinical skills and a commitment to ethical, high-quality care. Self-motivated, professional, and collaborative. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a positive team culture.
