Pay Range: 60,000-90,000K salary Duration: Perm Placement Job ID: 178783 Job Overview: We are seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role involves receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing critical equipment and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to support operational teams. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities. Track inventory and assets to maintain accurate inventory records. Assist with packaging, returns, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing. Follow established safety procedures and warehouse best practices. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflow, and efficiency. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

Qualifications: Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, construction, or similar operational environment. Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain forklift certification. Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout the workday.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience with barcode scanners and inventory management software. Shipping and receiving experience. Inventory control and asset tracking experience. Experience supporting technical equipment or hardware environments. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday. Ability to frequently lift and move materials in accordance with safety guidelines. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment. Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.
