Key responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance with international, federal, and local laws, developing and overseeing compliance programs, promoting a culture of ethics and corporate governance, and managing export control and trade compliance. The role demands a strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, the ability to work cross-functionally with legal, operations, and engineering teams, and exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
