Licensed Property & Casualty Account Manager

Responsibilities: Manage an assigned book of Personal and Commercial Lines business. Build long-term relationships with clients. Process endorsements, renewals, policy changes, certificates, and evidence of insurance. Remarket accounts when appropriate. Review coverage with clients and identify protection gaps. Coordinate directly with insurance carriers. Assist producers with new business and renewals. Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate. Maintain accurate agency management system documentation. Deliver prompt, professional customer service. Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance policies and service all claims.
