What You'll Do:
- Load and unload saw blades on the paint line
- Hang saw blades for the painting process
- Remove finished products and perform quality checks
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Work with a team to meet production goals
What We're Looking For:
- Dependable and ready to work
- Comfortable standing and walking during your shift
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
