Reporting to the Enterprise Analytics & Technology Leadership team, the consultant will solve complex business challenges by bridging business requirements with data engineering infrastructure to deliver production-ready machine learning models and generative AI prototypes.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to define key operational challenges and architect targeted AI/ML solutions. Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and predictive statistical modeling to establish baseline performance. Design, build, validate, and deploy scalable machine learning models into production cloud environments. Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), to build rapid proof-of-concepts. Oversee continuous MLOps practices, model performance monitoring, feature drift validation, and iterative retraining schedules.
