Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, aiding clients in finding, hiring, and retaining top talent. Employ innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets. Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with potential candidates. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to gain market intelligence. Work closely with account managers to submit candidates for client placements. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and entire employment period.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree required. No prior recruiting experience is necessary. Comfortable operating in a sales-oriented environment. Desire to work in a competitive, high -energy in office setting. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates and positions simultaneously.
