About the Job:
We're looking for an experienced CNC 5-Axis Mill Set-Up Machinist to join our production team. In this role, you’ll take on complex set-ups for high-precision parts and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. It’s a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a fast-paced shop environment, and is ready to hit the ground running. Skill Requirements Minimum of 7 years set up experience Ability to read and understand CNC set-up sheets Knowledge of blueprint reading and shop math Follow CNC set-up sheet instructions Experience in Fanuc, Fadal & Haas machining centers Monitor quality per AS9100 requirements Ability to maintain close tolerances up to 0.0001 of an inch Able to lift up to 40 Lbs. Perform other tasks as assigned Success Factors Attention to detail Ability to work independently and also with others in a team environment Positive can do attitude Enthusiasm and self-motivation
