Global Electromechanical Supply Manager | Multi-CM Strategy

Base is seeking a Global Supply Manager to own commercial relationships with contract manufacturers for electromechanical top-level assemblies, managing total delivered cost and ramp readiness as Base scales. You will build should-cost models, lead RFx processes, and negotiate ECOs, with responsibility for capacity, lead times, and multi-CM networks. Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally; you thrive in ambiguity and partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to optimize value.
