What You’ll Do:
- Prepare food to Hotshots' quality and presentation standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and efficient
- Work with your team to manage high-volume service
- Ensure food safety and portion control at all times
- Take pride in every plate that leaves the window
What You Bring:
- Strong work ethic and teamwork
- Ability to stay cool under pressure
- Kitchen experience preferred (but not required — we train!)Cleanliness and attention to detail
- Flexibility and reliability
