Fellows Education & Engagement Lead

Smith+Naphew is seeking a Fellows' Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma in the Western US. You will build relationships with fellows and programs, serve as an expert, and coordinate education opportunities to expand exposure to Smith+Naphew technologies. You will lead engagement, track curricula, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes. Travel up to 50% is expected, with hybrid/work options and comprehensive benefits.
