Role Purpose:
The Senior Director will be trained to lead the organization in delivering high-quality, competitive logistics services to group-affiliated companies while transforming the business into a self-sustaining, profit-oriented enterprise with a growing external customer base. This role requires a leader who can honor group values and governance standards while driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Business LeadershipDevelop and execute mid- to long-term corporate strategy
- Assume full P/L responsibility and achieve financial targets
- Lead digital transformation and operational efficiency initiatives
- Shareholder & Stakeholder Management
- Strengthen collaboration with group-affiliated entities
- Align business direction with shareholder expectations
- Maintain transparent communication with domestic and overseas stakeholders
- Business Development & Market Expansion
- Expand external customer portfolio and revenue streams
