Fleet Supervisor NEW

Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day fleet and transportation operations. Coordinate with Maintenance, Safety, Driver Training, HR, and Planning teams. Partner with drivers, customers, and production/distribution facilities to maintain effective communication. Monitor transportation performance and help optimize fleet operations. Support safe, reliable, and timely transportation services. Address operational issues and coordinate solutions across departments. Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external customers. Promote teamwork, collaboration, and operational efficiency. Perform additional transportation and fleet-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments. Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred. College degree preferred. Ability to work primarilynight and weekend shifts .
