Overview:
Salary Range $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly DescriptionAbout Chelsea Piers: At Chelsea Piers you will find colleagues who are passionate about what we do. Careers at Chelsea Piers offer unmatched facilities, excellent benefits, and proven career growth opportunities for people who are passionate about transforming the lives of our community through sports, fitness, and event experiences. Chelsea Piers Fitness is expanding and redefining the luxury fitness experience. We are a community built on Empowerment, Purpose, Transformation, and Community. Our Hospitality Associates are the heartbeat of our brand – setting the tone for every workout, every recovery session, and every member interaction.
The Opportunity:
At Chelsea Piers Fitness, our Kids Clubhouse is where members' children feel just as at home as their parents do on the gym floor. It is a member amenity, offered in small group sessions of up to 5 children, so parents can get their workout in with peace of mind while they're right there in the building. As a Babysitter, you'll be the friendly, familiar face who makes drop-off easy and pick-up the best part of a member's day – giving parents the freedom to focus on their workout, knowing their kids are having fun with you. We're looking for teammates who are genuinely excited to be part of that experience – for the kids as much as for the parents you're putting at ease.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
You'll Make Someone's Day – every shift is a chance to do purpose-driven work and help someone feel seen, supported, and successful.
You'll Play As A Team – we win together and support each other every day.
You'll Experience Pathways for Growth – when you pay attention to the details and take ownership of your responsibilities, you open the door to opportunities across the organization.
It's Fun – employees receive a complimentary all-access membership to Chelsea Piers Fitness plus discounts on in-club services.
