Position Overview:
Year round positions available. As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Whether you’re steaming milk for a perfect latte or recommending a new blend, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests keep coming back for more!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare & Serve Beverages: Craft high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep workstations, equipment, and dining areas clean and stocked.
Stock & Inventory: Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
Follow Health & Safety Standards: Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with coworkers to ensure smooth operations and great service.

Previous Barista or Restaurant Experience is a Plus! (But we’ll train the right person.)*You may be considered for hire at all 4 of our Outer Banks locations.
