Plant Manager (Northampton County)

The Newell Group is assisting a client in the Northampton/Lehigh County area of PA as they seek a plant manager. We are looking for candidates who have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a closely related technical or operations field. OR5+ years' strong progressive management experience in PET injection/blow molding manufacturing Proactive process optimization mindset Financial and Material AcumenTrack record in building and recruiting and developing talent Strong Communication Skills Successful record of implementing Lean Manufacturing/CI programs Mastery of KPI's and ability to use data to drive improvement Experience with budgeting, forecasting, capex, financial management This person will lead a growing team of 40+ employees in a 100k+SF facility and will be the main driver in optimizing production efficiency, waste reduction and maintaining a strong safety culture.
