Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate care. Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities to address the specific needs of each client. Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs. Assist clients in gaining insights about their experiences, emotional responses, and relational dynamics. Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout the treatment process, adapting plans as necessary. Support clients in developing healthy coping strategies and skills for improved mental well-being. Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on adults who present with a variety of mental health issues, typically characterized as stable and low acuity. These may include anxiety, depression, stress management, and relational concerns. You will work collaboratively with clients to enhance their quality of life through targeted therapeutic interventions and supportive strategies.

Qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. Must hold one of the following licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions should be associated with your practice. Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to ethical counseling practices. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms necessary for remote therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience: Experience in delivering virtual mental health services, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively. Proficient in creating and managing treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes. Background in supporting diverse populations and a willingness to adapt service methods to meet unique client needs.

Compensation and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and working hours. You will enjoy a sign-on bonus, direct deposit payments on a weekly basis, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Minimal paperwork will be required, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—providing outstanding care to your clients.
