The project engineering will also work closely with clients, and contractors to ensure that scope, quality, schedule, cost, and safety objectives are achieved from concept development through packages Issued for Construction (IFC).
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development, planning, and execution of oil and gas projects (FEED, detailed design, greenfield, EPCM, brownfield modifications, and debottlenecking).Work with Project management to translate client RFPs, contracts, and into clear engineering scopes and deliverables.
Coordinate multi-discipline engineering activities (process, mechanical, piping, civil/structural, I&C, electrical) to ensure technical alignment, operability and constructability.
Support design reviews (model reviews, PFD/P&ID reviews, HAZID/HAZOP/PHA, 3D model reviews) and ensure close-out of action items and record technical notes during these events.
Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and data sheets for technical accuracy and compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and help mitigate technical and execution risks, including management of change (MOC) processes.
Demonstrate a commitment to quality and to communicate issues pertaining to quality.
Support cost and schedule control by providing engineering input to estimates, progress measurement, and forecasting.
Ensure application of HSE and process safety requirements in design and execution, in accordance with company, client, and regulatory standards.
