This role is essential in providing high-quality, person-centered care in both facility and home settings. Offer companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders and appointment assistance Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Adhere to infection control and safety protocols MUST HAVE HHA Certification (Washington, DC) High School Diploma or GED Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus This position requires regular communication with patients in English.
