On-Call Per Diem Support Staff – Emergency Youth Shelter / Resource Center Manchester - Flexible Per Diem / On-Call Position Now Hiring for:2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AMThis position provides coverage for staff call-outs, sick time, vacations, and open shelter shifts. What You'll Do:- Support and engage with youth in a trauma-informed, judgment-free environment
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming shelter space
- Assist youth with access to food, clothing, hygiene supplies, showers, and other basic needs
- Work alongside a compassionate and supportive team
What We're Looking For:- High School Diploma or equivalent Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented Experience with youth or vulnerable populations preferred Ability to pass a background check
- Training provided in CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and Narcan administration.
- Must commit to at least 2 shifts per quarter (about 1 shift every 6 weeks).Make a difference while gaining valuable human services experience.
