Registered Nurse Behavioral Health for Detox Program We are seeking Registered Nurses for an adult residential program supporting clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral conditions. Deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused care in a supportive setting.
Responsibilities:- Perform assessments, vitals, and medication administration per orders
- Monitor withdrawal using CIWA/COWS protocols
- Collaborate in treatment planning and IDT meetings
- Patient/family education on recovery and relapse prevention
- Accurate, timely documentation; uphold state/federal standards
Qualifications:- Active Texas RN license (unencumbered)BLS required; ACLS preferred 1+ year clinical experience (behavioral health/detox/med-surg ideal)
- Strong therapeutic communication and teamwork
- Schedule & Pay:12-hour Days or Nights (full-time)$38 to $45/hr DOE + shift differentials
