Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)

In this role, you’ll deliver direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and patient education, under the supervision of RNs and physicians. You will document care in EHR systems, support procedures, and maintain strict infection control standards.
