Thur-Tue (All candidates begin in the relief pool, supporting vacations, call-offs, and other market needs. Weekly workdays and days off may vary depending on the routes and employee absences being covered.)Start Time: 5:00 AMEnd Time: End time varies based on route completion and business needs.
What You'll Do:- Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
- Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
- Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
- Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
- Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
