What You’ll Learn & Master: Building efficiency techniques to improve workflow Interpreting blueprints and prototypesAS9100 protocols for quality and compliance Cross-training on various machines and manufacturing processes
What We’re Looking For:- Manufacturing experience (2+ years preferred)
- Strong attention to detail—precision is key!
- Ability to work independently and stay focusedU.S. Citizenship (required due to ITAR regulations)
- Good vision (20/20 with glasses or contacts is fine!)Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and operate machinery
- Must pass a 5-panel drug test (including marijuana)
