You know that a clean DFR and a complete moisture log are what protect the billing. We're hiring a Project Manager for our National Team to lead field execution on commercial water, fire and storm losses across the country. What you own: Safety enforcement and toolbox talks Scheduling, manpower planning and crew coordination Subcontractor supervision and scope-to-WO verification Quality control and punch list to completion Daily field reports, moisture logs, crew sheets and photo documentation
What you bring:
- Insurance restoration / reconstruction field experience — required
- The ability to run a crew and a sub with authority and respect
- Daily discipline on documentation and ERP updates
- Willingness to travel extensively and mobilize on short notice
