Job Description As a member of the Hardtscape Contracting team, your tasks might include the following: Operation of a variety of power tools Assist with the operation of heavy machinery Clean and grease heavy equipment Shovel, rake and level dirt & gravel Operation of a plate packer & trencher Load & unload materials Placement of stone & retaining wall materials Sprinkler repairs Site clean-up & other physical duties as assigned Performs occasional tasks that may require on-the-job training Customer ServiceWork Environment: Hours and days are somewhat variable depending upon the season. Typically, we work Monday through Friday depending upon the job and weather conditions. The majority of our work is outside. Extreme heat or cold could result in a day off or in an abbreviated work day. Occasionally there is Saturday work and overtime.
