About Arcturus
Arcturus is building a new kind of electrical conductor technology to help modernize the systems that power our lives.
We believe better materials can unlock a very real impact in the world around us: lower-cost electrification, a stronger and more resilient grid, and infrastructure that can carry more power with less waste. This kind of improvement has the potential to help reduce over 500M tonnes of CO2 emissions, lower the risk of catastrophic wildfires by enabling safer and more capable transmission infrastructure, and make it cheaper and easier to deliver electricity where people need it most.
At the end of the day, we’re building Arcturus because we think the physical backbone of energy transmission matters. We can make that backbone stronger, more efficient, more scalable, and directly help improve the lives of millions of people.
Why you should join us:
This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build something that has never been done before.
You would join as an early operations co-op and help build the systems that keep a fast-moving startup organized. This is a great role for someone who wants to not only learn but shape how an early-stage company actually runs, contribute across many functions, and become a force multiplier for the team.
