Bridal Alterations Concierge - Five-Star Service

David's Bridal, Inc. is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer care in the alterations department. You will welcome customers, handle appointments, answer calls, and ensure garments are pressed, steamed, and ready for pickup. You will promote alterations services, maintain high store standards, and support cash wrap activities while building relationships to drive loyalty. This role reports to the Store Manager.
