Candidates must be well-spoken and confident interacting with people at all levels while remaining calm and organized at all times. What Does A Seasonal Squishable Retail Sales Lead Do? The Retail Sales Lead is a key member of the store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and creating an exceptional experience for every Squishable fan. Responsibilities include: Supports the Store Manager in delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient customer experience during the busy holiday season Helps lead the sales floor during peak periods, keeping the team focused on customer service and sales goals Drives holiday sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong knowledge of Squishable products Supports seasonal promotions, merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining an organized, well-stocked sales floor Helps manage customer flow and resolves concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach Provides day-to-day direction and support to team members and jumps in wherever needed during busy periods Supports opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities, as assigned
