Board Level Test (BLT) Engineer (Full Time)
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS environments.
Working knowledge of hardware protocols: Ethernet, Infiniband, PCIe, USB, HDMI, I2C, SPI.Experience with CPUs and GPUs.
Proficient in using test equipment for diagnostics and validation.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:- Perform first-level hardware triage and troubleshooting for PCs and server platforms.
- Design and implement diagnostic tools and scripts for early hardware validation and fault isolation.
- Identify and resolve setup issues and test failures using structured troubleshooting methodologies.
- Develop and maintain test automation using Shell and Python scripting.
- Work with motherboards and GPU platforms in lab environments.
- Work with systems connected by various networking protocols, including Ethernet, NVLink and Infiniband
- Operate in Windows and Linux operating systems for test and debug tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support diagnostics, validation, and smooth product transitions in the NPI cycle.
