Spotlight is working on a 2-month contract Desktop Support Technician role with a national commercial equipment service company in Fishers, IN. This role is fully on-site and is a tier 1/2 support position covering the local office, with a start date in late October.
Key Skills:- Ability to independently support an office as the sole on-site IT resource* Work and document tickets in a ticketing system, escalating to tier 2/3 teams as needed* Troubleshoot monitors, phones, headsets, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals* Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and handle basic Active Directory administration* Support Windows OS and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)* Strong communication skills when working directly with end users Please include your resume in to your application.
