Warehouse Order Picker/Packer

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking Order Picker / Packers to support our fast-paced retail and e‑commerce operations. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer and store orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems. You’ll verify item quantities, inspect products, label packages, and stage shipments for carriers while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards. Working in a collaborative, inclusive environment, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience and gain exposure to modern distribution practices, inventory control, and cross-functional logistics processes. Accurately pick items for customer and store orders using handheld scanners and pick lists Pack orders securely, label cartons, and prepare shipments according to standards Verify product quantities, SKUs, and quality before packing and shipping Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts safely Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures Meet or exceed daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and bin organization Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve order or inventory issues Follow company policies, procedures, and quality guidelines Support continuous improvement efforts in warehouse processes Order picking Packing and shipping Inventory control Warehouse management systems (WMS) Barcode scanning Basic computer literacy Material handling Quality inspection Time management Workplace safety compliance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Forklift or material-handling equipment certification (preferred) OSHA warehouse safety training (preferred)
