Associate Director, PBM Clinical Services (PharmD)

The position provides oversight of clinical analyses, strategic recommendations, presentations, and client interactions, while managing onboarding, training, performance, and workload prioritization across the team

Qualifications: PharmD degree from an accredited institution. Active pharmacist license, or ability to obtain/maintain licensure as required.6+ years of experience in PBM, managed care, or health plan environments. Demonstrated experience leading projects, mentoring others, or managing clinical teams. Strong knowledge of formulary management, utilization management, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy trend analysis. Experience translating complex clinical and claims data into actionable recommendations. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Ability to travel up to 25%.Interested in this opportunity?
